Whole Cheesecakes:
Frozen: Eli’s Cheesecakes can be stored frozen at zero degrees (0°F) for up to 6 months.

Refrigerated: Once thawed, Eli’s Cheesecakes can be stored covered up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Whole Tarts, Cakes, and Pies:
Frozen: Eli’s Cheesecakes can be stored frozen at zero degrees (0°F) for up to 4 months.

Refrigerated: Once thawed, Eli’s Cakes and Tarts can be stored covered up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Bakery/Deli (7" and 8" Dome):
Frozen: Eli’s Bakery/Deli (7" and 8" Dome) Desserts can be stored frozen at zero degrees (0°F) for up to 6 months for cheesecakes and up to 4 months for cakes and cheesecake tarts.

Refrigerated: Once thawed, Eli’s Bakery/Deli Desserts can be stored covered up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Single Serve:
Frozen: Eli’s Cheesecakes can be stored frozen at zero degrees (0°F) for up to 6 months.

Refrigerated: Once thawed, Eli’s Single Serve can be stored up to 7 days in the refrigerator.

Sensational Slices:
Frozen: Eli’s Cheesecakes can be stored frozen at zero degrees (0°F) for up to 4 months.

Refrigerated: Once thawed, Eli’s Sensational Slices can be stored up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Storage: To insure maximum quality and customer satisfaction, we recommend the following handling for Eli's PickUps: Frozen: Store 0° F for up to 6 months.

Refrigerated: Store or display up to 7 days in the refrigerated case. Eli's PickUps store best when wrapped or covered tightly.

Unrefrigerated: Store or display 5-7 days unrefrigerated.

Handling: For picture perfect desserts, Eli's PickUps are best to cut when frozen or slightly thawed (approximately 20-30 minutes at room temperature). For best results, use a sharp 10"-12" chef's knife.

The notches and markings on the long sides of the tray and the markings on the short sides provide cutting guides for 15 and 18 servings without having to take the dessert out of the tray. For cutting suggestions click here.
