To register for one of our Large Group Tours, you must complete the form below.  Upon registering, an Eli's Tour coordinator will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your tour booking.  If you require further reservation assistance please call (773) 308-7000.

Full payment will be required at the time of booking your tour.  The final group count is due 14 days prior to your confirmed tour date.  A confirmation will be e-mailed to you.
