Make Your Own Eli’s Dippers Station

  • 3″ Eli’s Original Plain Cheesecakes, slightly thawed
  • Wooden coffee stirrers, cut in half or wooden skewers, cut in half (be sure to cut off any jagged edges)

Cut each 3″ cheesecake into 6 wedges. Stick the heel end of each cheesecake with wooden coffee stirrer. Chill in freezer until serving.

For serving:

  • Large platter for Cheesecake Wedges
  • Fondue Pot with your Favorite Melted Chocolate
  • 6-10 Sheets of parchment paper of waxed paper to catch drips
  • Small bowls with a spoon in each, filled with candy toppings

 

Stack cheesecake wedges on a platter and place next to your fondue pot full of melted chocolate. Layer parchment or waxed paper on your table in front of the fondue pot to catch drips. Arrange candy bowls next to the fondue pot. Let your guests dips their own cheesecake wedge into the chocolate, raising it slowly out to allow any drips to fall back into the pot. Hold dipped cheesecake over the parchment paper and sprinkle on desired candy toppings.
