This sweepstakes promotion is sponsored by The Eli’s Cheesecake Company of 6701 W. Forest Preserve Drive, Chicago, Illinois 60634 (“Eli’s Cheesecake”), and is subject to these official sweepstakes rules.
As part of our celebration for National Cheesecake Day 2024 in partnership with Jewel-Osco stores, Eli’s Cheesecake presents this Win a Year of Eli’s Cheesecake sweepstakes. Eligible participants will be entered into a random drawing to win a one-year supply of Eli’s Cheesecake (one Eli’s Cheesecake delivered to your door each month for a year, for a total of 12 cheesecakes).
WHO MAY ENTER: This sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States, with the exception of Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older. Void were prohibited by law. Employees of Eli’s Cheesecake, Jewel-Osco, its affiliates, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible to participate. Only one entry per person.
HOW TO ENTER: The sweepstakes is scheduled to begin on July 8, 2024, and ends on August 31, 2024 at 12:59 PM Central Time (CT). No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. To enter, eligible participants must submit the above form with their contact information entered as indicated. The entry must not, in the sole discretion of Eli’s Cheesecake, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content. To enter, you may also be required to verify that you are a human and not a machine through use of a challenge-response test (sometimes called a CAPTCHA) or similar mechanism. Eli’s Cheesecake is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, mistyped, or misdirected entries or entries not received for any reason (including technical failure), and any such entries are void. By submitting an entry, each participant agrees to be bound by the official sweepstakes rules. Each participating entrant warrants that his or her entry complies with the official sweepstakes rules.
PRIZE AND RETAIL VALUE: There will be one prize awarded to one winner: One Eli’s cheesecake sent anywhere in the continental United States each month for 12 consecutive months, for a total of 12 Eli’s cheesecakes. Each cheesecake delivered monthly to the winner during these 12 months will be shipped frozen, packaged with dry ice in a protective container. Cheesecake flavors may vary. The approximate retail value of this prize is $639. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by the winner is permitted. If a prize (or part of a prize) becomes unavailable, Eli’s Cheesecake, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute with an alternative prize of similar specification and equal or greater monetary value. All prizes will be shipped to the same address.
WINNER SELECTION AND QUALIFICATION: The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted by Eli’s Cheesecake employees on or about September 3, 2024. In the event that a winning entry is selected that does not comply with these official sweepstakes rules, the noncompliant entry will be void, and an alternate winner will be randomly drawn. This process will continue until the prize is awarded. Eli’s Cheesecake will award the prize to the first eligible and compliant entry it selects. The decision of Eli’s Cheesecake is final in all respects.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT: The winner will be notified by email or telephone, and must meet all eligibility requirements. The winner’s name will be announced in the Eli’s Cheesecake company website, and may also appear on Eli’s Cheesecake’s Facebook and Instagram social media accounts. By entering this Sweepstakes, the winner gives Eli’s Cheesecake the right to use their name on any form of media, including, but not limited to Eli’s Cheesecake’s website, Facebook, and Instagram.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of being chosen the single winner of this sweepstakes will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION: Eli’s Cheesecake Company reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time by posting the updated rules at https://elicheesecake.com/jewel. Eli’s Cheesecake reserves the right to suspend or cancel this Sweepstakes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any other valid reason.
DISCLAIMERS: Eli’s Cheesecake is not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or other problems that may result in the loss or delay of entries and assumes no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or which for any other reason cannot be processed. Eli’s Cheesecake is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. Decisions of Eli’s Cheesecake are final and binding in all respects.
INDEMNIFICATION: By participating in the sweepstakes all participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Eli’s Cheesecake Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to their participation in this sweepstakes, or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, or any part thereof.
GOVERNING LAW: this sweepstakes and these official sweepstakes rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the sweepstakes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Chicago Illinois.
SEVERABILITY: if any provision of these official sweepstakes rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
