By using the Site, the services provided by Eli’s through the Site, or by interacting with us online or offline (collectively, “Services”), you affirmatively consent to our collection and use of your information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

Personal Information We Collect
We may collect personal information directly from users of our Site and Services. Generally, this personal information falls into two categories: Information that you choose to give to us, and information we automatically collect using cookies and other tracking technologies when you access or use the Site or Services. In either case, Eli’s is committed to handling your personal information with care and respect in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information You Give Us
You can use some features of our Site without directly submitting any personal information to us. However, to access certain features of the Site or Services, such as creating an Eli’s Cheesecake online shopping account, placing an order for Eli’s Cheesecake products, signing up for Eli’s newsletter, entering sweepstakes, contests, or promotions that Eli’s may offer through the Site or Eli’s social media accounts, or communicating with the Eli’s Cheesecake team through live chats or via email, you may be asked for and we may collect your personal information. Information We Collect Automatically
Eli’s Cheesecake, and the service providers we have contracted to work with us, may also collect other information about your use of Site and Services using automated tools like cookies and other passive information collection technologies that enable us to compile aggregate statistics concerning use of our Services, analyze trends, enhance the security of our Services, deliver content and advertisements, and remember your preferences, and help you move faster through the Site. Information We Collect About Your Location
Our Services may access and collect your geolocation information, to, for example, help you locate Eli’s stores or Eli’s products near you. We also may use information about the location of the device you are using to help us understand how our Services are being used and to deliver more relevant advertising. For most mobile devices and computer systems, you are able to withdraw your permission for us to collect geolocation information through your device or web-browser settings.
Cookies
Most Web browsers are set by default to accept cookies, but most also provide options for adjusting these settings should you prefer to refuse cookies, to remove cookies, or to be notified when you are sent a cookie so you can decide whether or not to accept it. Please note that some features of our Site will not work properly if these cookies are disabled. Visit https://www.usa.gov/optout-instructions for information and instructions for blocking and deleting cookies on popular browsers.
Do Not Track signals
Some web browsers offer a Do Not Track (“DNT”) option. This option relies on a technology known as a DNT header, which signals a user’s DNT preference to the websites the user visits with that browser. There is currently no uniform standard for how different browsers communicate the Do Not Track signal. So at the present time, our information collection and disclosure practices will continue to apply as described in this Privacy Policy, regardless of any “Do Not Track” signals that are sent by certain browsers.
